The Overview

Front Office

The client accesses the platform via a dedicated link and sees their prescription, can select the pharmacy where they want to fulfill it, add additional non-prescription medications, and provide their contact details. A pickup order is generated, which the client can take to the pharmacy.

Back Office

Preparation of an administrative panel with an overview of placed orders. Ability to generate complaints, update statuses, and notify clients via SMS messages.

Process

The developers focused on creating the front-end layer of the website, which constitutes the visible interface for users. They utilized the Angular framework to accomplish this task, fetching data from an API provided by Epruf.

After implementing individual components of the website, functional and quality tests were conducted to detect errors and ensure proper functionality. Following successful completion of the tests, the website was deployed on a production server.

Subsequently, a team responsible for maintaining the website monitored its performance, implemented any necessary corrections and updates, and ensured continuous operation.

The Results

As a result of our collaboration with Epruf, we have developed an online platform where PZU customers can place an order to collect their prescription at a chosen pharmacy, as well as immediately add non-prescription products to their order.
